Publish gate
Every map pin and facility page requires an owner-approved canonical record. Identity failures are unpublished rather than shipped.
Wasteshed screening model
Capacity-gap layers are a v0 screening model (where to look), not site selection advice. Canada and US organics models cleared a 95% confidence gate on 2026-07-09 with roughly 3.6% backtest MAPE. Routing uses haversine truck distances; generator priors use literature rates. Full interactive modelling is separate from this registry.
What is free vs Pro
Free pages answer whether a facility exists and what process it runs. Pro covers activity: feedstock and offtake detail, filing workflows, exports, and screening layers.
