- Account data: Email address when you create an account or request a magic-link sign-in.
- Usage data: Pages visited, search queries, and feature usage (anonymized where possible).
- Payment data: Payments are processed by Stripe. Card details remain with Stripe.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide and improve the First Ground Intelligence platform.
- To communicate service updates and respond to support requests.
- To comply with legal obligations under Canadian law (PIPEDA).
3. Data Sharing
We share personal data only with the service providers below and when Canadian law requires disclosure:
- Service providers: Cloudflare (hosting), Stripe (payments) - bound by their own privacy policies.
- Legal requirements: When required by Canadian law or court order.
4. Data Retention
We retain your account data as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. Deleted data is removed within 30 days.
